Great customer service. I was surprised this past week when a Thanksgiving card arrived in the mail. First of all, I’m not sure if I have ever received a card for this holiday before and second, it was from a hotel. Seems the management team at the Hampton Inn in Boise, ID decided to send out some cards. I was amazed to see the actual signatures from the staff as opposed to some corporate generic mailing. In today’s economy when customers like me have lots of choices for corporate hotels, it is nice to see the Hampton team show a great example of customer service of thanks for my business
